About Red Riya

Red Riya is a singer-songwriter-rapper moving between English hip hop and German techno rap - her techno tracks are driving and uptempo, while her hip hop cuts land smoother, sharper and more intimate. True to the red in her name, her sound carries heat: bold delivery, burning honesty, and a fire-under-the-skin energy that translates from headphones to the club.


Her background is rooted in music from the start: years of training across piano, choirs, musical theatre, and private vocal lessons. She later completed a pharmacy degree - an unconventional chapter that sharpened her focus and work ethic - before choosing music as the main lane. Notable accomplishment: releasing “Niemandsland,” a spoken-word leaning hip hop track that captures isolation, healing, and self-discovery with cinematic honesty.
 

Right now, Red Riya is writing new songs and building internationally from New York - connecting with producers, engineers and creatives while expanding her network and sound, and bringing the new era to life on stage through local performances. She’s in active recording and development mode, turning lived experience into the next chapter.
